Our swords are primarily made from 5160 High Carbon Spring Steel. We do our own heat treating and tempering. Swords are tempered to 52 degrees on the C scale. They are forged to shape and then ground to final size and shape. We use natural hardwoods from all over the world.
Cocobolo Two Handed Thrusting Sword
This Thrusting sword has a Cocobolo handle and bronze fittings. The blade is 35 1/8 inches long and 2 1/8 inches wide, tapering to 5/8 inches 2 inches from the point. The overall length is 45 3/4 inches long. The weight of the sword is 4 lbs. 5.2 ozs and the POB is 2 inches from the guard. The 11-inch guard and skull crusher pommel are bronze. This sword does not have a sheath at this time buit one could be made in short order, by my wife, Trena. The blade is not sharpened right now, but we will sharpen it for free if you want. Please allow a few extra days for this to happen.
