Our swords are primarily made from 5160 High Carbon Spring Steel. We do our own heat treating and tempering. Swords are tempered to 52 degrees on the C scale. They are forged to shape and then ground to final size and shape. For the handles, we use natural hardwoods from all over the world.
Wenge Single Hand Arming Sword with Fuller
This Arming Sword has a 30-inch blade and the overall length is 37 inches. The blade is 2 1/4-inches wide tapering to 1 1/2 inches wide, two inches from the point. The 7 1/2-inch guard and 2 1/2-inch sent stopper pommel are 1018 steel. This blade also features a 28 1/2-inch long, 3/4-inch wide fuller from the guard towards the point. The POB is 5 inches in front of the guard and the sword weighs 3lbs 1.4 ozs. The handle is Wenge. This sword has a gorgeous custom leather sheath made by my wife, Trena. The blade is not sharpened right now, but we will sharpen it for free if you want. Please allow a few extra days for this to happen.
